The staff is friendly and very helpful ...I appreciated the promptness of being able to check in and get in my room. When I asked for additional toiletries they brought them to my room in a very prompt manner and with a friendly smile . If there was to be any kind of issue I feel confident in their ability to handle it in a respectable manner.
